Position Summary

TireSocks is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our equipment-based customers, including national rental accounts, construction companies, and industrial operations.

This role goes beyond answering phones. You will be a trusted customer partner, assisting with product selection, verifying proper equipment sizing, managing orders from quote to delivery, and staying in regular contact by phone and email to ensure a positive experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, confident communicating with equipment professionals, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer and sales team inquiries (phone, website, and email)
  • Assist customers in identifying correct TireSocks products based on equipment type and measurements
  • Generate estimates and process sales orders accurately
  • Provide shipping options and delivery timelines
  • Proactively track orders and communicate shipment updates
  • Conduct customer outreach to confirm delivery, satisfaction, and resolve any issues
  • Assist with custom logo orders, artwork coordination, and approvals
  • Troubleshoot sizing questions to ensure proper fit and reduce incorrect orders and returns
  • Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure on-time fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems
  • Support National Account Managers by preparing quotes, following up on opportunities, and assisting with customer projects

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (B2B preferred)
  • Experience working with equipment, manufacturing, rental, or industrial customers is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing measurements and specifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
