Kali Peterson

Kali joined TireSocks full-time in January of 2017. Prior to joining the Tiresocks team she worked in accounting for 10 years, many of those years included working with TireSocks. Kali and her family love outdoor activities and you will often find them skiing the slopes, biking, camping, or playing volleyball. Traveling overseas and visiting Greece is on Kali’s to-do list.

Kami has been in the design field for 14 years and joined the TireSocks team in 2017. Besides designing advertising and our monthly newsletter, she also works with distributors to add custom logos to our products. Kami enjoys crafting, learning, playing with her 3 dogs, and watching movies. She used to live in Rome, Italy and would love to live there again someday.

Production Worker

We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and attentive warehouse worker who enjoys fast paced physical work to assist with all daily tasks of inventory production. Inventory production includes, but is not limited to, pulling raw material and combining items to make a finished products. Packaging and stocking completed items. Training will be provided in all areas.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm, schedule may vary slightly based on production needs.

Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative you would be responsible for executing a wide variety of tasks ranging from answer incoming calls, taking orders and providing quotes to customers as requested. You will monitor emails and faxes, provide prompt confirmation of order upon receipt, develop new customer relationships and collect product and customer feedback.

This is not a call center position, you will be serving existing and new clients with incoming order processing and informational requests.

You will be responsible for:

  • Answering phones and placing follow up calls
  • Monitoring and confirming orders received via phone, email, web
  • Providing quotes and product information as requested
  • Data entry and digital filing
  • Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Prompt response to customer inquiries received via phone, email, web

Description

We are looking for an experienced seamstress to mend, alter, and construct products and other fabric-made items according to customers’ needs. The seamstress’s responsibilities include the creation of products with zippers, linings, bungees and adding padding and shaping materials based on customers’ specifications. You should also be aware of the amount of time and materials required to make products once trained.

To be successful as a seamstress, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of various fabrics and sewing techniques. Ultimately, an outstanding seamstress should be able to work together in a team environment to ensure that all products are  completed in a timely manner prior to the end of the day.

You will be responsible for:

  • Accurately measuring using tape measure to ensure proper fit of product
  • Ensuring that sewing machines and other equipment are in good working order
  • Altering or repairing products and other articles, which includes hemming, mending, lengthening, as well as taking in and letting out seams
  • Constructing products and other items according to specifications and preferences
  • Labeling products and item and recording the alterations and processes required
  • Communicating with other teams to determine their specifications, needs, and preferences
  • Should be able to work together in a team environment to ensure that all products are completed in a timely manner prior to the end of the day
  • Quality control
  • Keep work area clean and tidy
